1. Where can I get Upang accessories in the Klang Valley?

A: From our HQ in Subang Jaya, or you can purchase them online here.

2. Where can I get accessories if I’m outside the Klang Valley?

A: You can purchase it directly from here or our FB page and we will send it to your preferred address. Postage charges apply.

3. If I have an issue with my sterilizer, how can I make a warranty claim / repair?

A: You can either come to our HQ in Subang Jaya, or you can call 03-56317288 to enquire.

For customers in other states, you can send the sterilizer in via post, and we will send it back once the servicing / repair is done. Postage fees will be paid by customer.

4. How can I replace parts?

A: You may send it to our HQ in Subang Jaya or via post.

5. How long does the warranty last?

A: 1 year warranty for the manufacturing defect on the UV Sterilizer, which does not include accessories and other wear & tear parts.

6. Warranty period start from date of purchase or baby’s birthdate?

A: Our 1 year warranty period starting from baby’s birthdate. Thus, mother need to prepare a photocopy of baby birth cert while claiming for warranty.

7. I would like to be a Histopoint reseller. How can I do this?

A: Send an email with your SSM form and company details to marketing@histopoint.com.my or edith@histopoint.com.my

2. How do you install Swandoo’s sun canopy?

Open the pocket of the canopy on the backside of your seat. Extract the canopy. Make sure the handle is in the vertical position, then pull the canopy over it. Fix the canopy by in­ser­ting the arched struc­ture on the indicated handle slots.

3. How to install the Swandoo Albert Lite 0+ baby car seat?

You can use Albert with the standard seatbelt.

4. Is the car seat ventilated enough to keep the baby cool?

Our special light structure supports the optimal temperature of your baby using integrated holes.

5. How long does the warranty last?

A: 2 years warranty for the manufacturing defect on the Swandoo Car Seat which does not include accessories and other wear & tear parts.

6. Warranty period start from date of purchase or baby’s birthdate?

A: Our 2 years warranty period starts from baby’s birthdate. Thus, mother need to prepare a photocopy of baby birth cert while claiming for warranty.
