For customers in other states, you can send the sterilizer in via post, and we will send it back once the servicing / repair is done. Postage fees will be paid by customer.

There is only one service centre for Malaysia :

For customers in other states, you can call to purchase the spare parts and we will send it via post or you may send the stroller in via post, and we will send it back once the servicing / repair is done. Postage fees will be paid by customer.

Open the pocket of the canopy on the backside of your seat. Extract the canopy. Make sure the handle is in the vertical position, then pull the canopy over it. Fix the canopy by in­ser­ting the arched struc­ture on the indicated handle slots.
